Who should have a FACTWeb account?

It is recommended that personnel from FACT accredited cellular therapy clinical programs, collection facilities, processing facilities, and cord blood banks have FACTWeb account. FACT encourages all parties interested in FACT accreditation activities create a FACTWeb account to receive updates about the cellular therapy community.

How do I retrieve my FACTWeb username and password?

In the FACTWeb login area, click the ‘Forgot your password’ link and follow the instructions to receive your username and password via email.

Why do I not see a ‘proceed to checkout’ button?

Please make sure you select the item by clicking on the checkbox next to the product title. Once the item checkbox is selected, you will see the ‘proceed to checkout’ button.

I successfully downloaded a recording from the FACT store which was a .jar file inside a .zip file. How do I play the .jar file?

You must ensure you have Java installed on your computer. To install Java on your computer, you may download it for free from www.java.com.

My institution blocks Facebook. What type of information do you post on Facebook and could I get this in a different way?
