Previous webinars and virtual roundtables may be purchased from the FACT Store under Educational Recordings.

I have registered for an upcoming webinar/virtual roundtable. How do I access the meeting?

The instructions on how to access the meeting are located under 'My Meetings' after your registration is complete.
There are two options for accessing 'My Meetings'.

Option 1: As soon as you register for the webinar, you will receive a confirmation which includes a link to 'My Meetings’ documents. By clicking on the link, you will be prompted to login and then be redirected to the meeting documents. One of the meeting documents will contain instructions on how to access the meeting.

Option 2: After you register for the webinar, you can also login to your FACTWeb account and click on the 'My Meetings' link in the box named: ‘My Upcoming FACT Events’.  Then click on 'Meeting Documents' for the applicable meeting, which will include the instructions page.

How long do I have to download a previously recorded webinar once I purchase it?

Once you purchase the educational session from the FACT store, the media file will be available in your FACTWeb account under 'My Downloads' for two weeks. During this two week period, you can download the file onto your computer, and then listen/view the slide presentation anytime.

How do I receive Continuing Education credits?

CMEs are available for various webinars and workshops.  Information regarding CMEs is available during the specific session you attend. You will receive an email regarding CME credit after the workshop has concluded.  If you are unable to locate the email for a workshop you attended, please contact FACT.   Continuing Education credits for webinars may be purchased from the FACT store after participating in or viewing the recording of the webinar.

Is it possible to pay by check for a FACT store product or FACT event registration?
