Note:The Inspection Checklist is a Microsoft Excel workbook with individual worksheets for each section. The worksheets can be opened via the tabs at the bottom of the screen (it may be necessary to maximize the window in which the checklist is opened). Instructions for completing the electronic checklist are included in the first section of the checklist. Submit completed checklists via email to fact@unmc.edu or via CD or DVD along with required documents. The checklist is also formatted for printing. To print the checklist, follow the standard printing steps for Microsoft Excel for each worksheet.
